I believe that clarity regarding fees and insurance coverage allows us to focus entirely on the deep work of connection, growth, and empowerment without the burden of unexpected surprises.
Individual & EMDR Therapy
$185 per session
Compassionate support navigating growth, transitions, and emotional challenges. EMDR can be used to help process traumatic experiences and harmful self-limiting beliefs.

EMDR Intensive
$1850, 2 Day
$2775, 3 Day
A focused multi-day intensive designed for rapid healing and trauma processing. You will be my only client 5 hours per day for 2-3 days as we determine your treatment goal in initial phone consultation.
Clinical Consultation
$135 per session
Professional guidance and clinical supervision for fellow clinicians and Associate professionals focused on your client cases and refining your therapeutic presence and clinical skills.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Information
IN-NETWORK: Navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, but I am here to help ensure there are no surprises in your care. Accessible mental health care is important, and in order to support the value of access, I work with Headway Therapy to bill insurances that I am in-network with. Please see accepted insurances or reach out with any questions or for an insurance benefits check so you can make an informed decision about your care.
OUT-OF-NETWORK: Many clients are eligible for reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. This means you would pay out-of-pocket at the time of the session and at the end of each month, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance plan prior to our first session to ask: Does my plan include out-of-network benefits for mental health? What is my deductible? And what percentage do you reimburse for mental health services?

Payment & Cancellation Policies
For private pay clients, payment is due at the time of service. Payment options will be discussed and agreed upon in our first session.
Life is unpredictable, and I understand that plans change. To maintain a consistent healing space for all, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. This policy is held with care and respect for our professional work together.
